Welcome to Ivy House Farm B&B

At Ivy House Farm we offer Bed and Breakfast in part of our family owned historic farmhouse. We are well situated for weddings at Crockwell Farm, Sulgrave Manor, Fawsley Hall, Skylark Farm and great for visits to Silverstone and Washbrooke Farm equestrian events.

Ivy House Farm

Is an historic farmhouse, dating back to the 16th Century and possibly earlier. It has many interesting features, and a fine late 17th Century wing. Guests generally stay in the large late Georgian room.

Gina and Tom live here with their family, and collection of horses, donkeys, hens, ducks, dogs and cates. The house is part of a very small hamlet, West Farndon, sitting amidst largely pasture farmland. This is South Northamptonshire at its best; rolling hills, grassland, trees, rivers and valleys, dotted with houses and farms

Bed and Breakfast

Relax in a luxury 16th Century historic farmhouse surrounded by countryside, with space for 1 to 5 people.

Livery

See what we can offer your horse; with stables and all year turnout. DIY and some assited livery available.

Historic Location

Ivy House Farm sits on the Jurassic Way footpath, and just off the Macmillan Way and perfect for Silverstone.
